Refund policy
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on most items
We provide a 14-day return policy on most of our products (exclusions apply, see the next section). That means that you have 14 days from the date of delivery to make a return or exchange.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders, digital downloads, items on sale, or gift cards. All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of the Trey's Woodshop shop owner.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If the item is returned in inadequate packaging and damaged because of the fact, a return will be denied and returned to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
